The Irish Professional Photographers Association (IPPA)
IPPA membership is open to professional photographers in the Republic of Ireland.
The National Association of Irish Photographers (NAIP)
Founded to further the development of Photography in Ireland and to promote
the Irish Photographic Industry.
Northern Ireland Press Photographers Association (NIPPA)
Similar to the IPPA but serving photographers in Northern Ireland.
The Master Photographers Association (MPA)
With members in both Ireland and the United Kingdom, the MPA provides a range of services to full time, qualified and professional photographers.
The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers (SWPP)
The membership comprises professional photograpers, both full and part time, who specialise in the area of wedding photography or portraiture. It has an international membership.
The Press Photographers of Ireland (PPI)
As the name suggests, this organisation serves working press photographers and is probably best known for it’s annual Press Photography Awards.
The Professional Photographers Association of Northern Ireland (PPANI)
Similar to the PPI.
The National Union of Journalists (NUJ)
Represents photographers who work editorially in newspapers, magazines, broadcasting etc.
