Photographer’s Assault Case deferred until October

The court case of a man accused of assaulting photographer Jenny Matthews in Dundalk has been put back until October. One of the Garda witnesses in the case is involved in an ongoing murder trial.
Dermot McArdle, a man convicted of his wife’s manslaughter in in Spain 10 years ago, is accused of assaulting the photographer near his home in Haynestown, Dundalk on January 9th 2010.
